Parkhead in Dunbartonshire is an early 18th-century building attached to an older walled garden. The current owners have restored the property and laid out the Italianate garden, featuring box, yew, beech, hornbeam, holly and prunus in hedges, parterre and topiary. Pots and bedding plants set off the clipped evergreens.
