Glenapp Castle is an 1870 Scottish Baronial-style castle sitting amongst 36 acres of gardens and woodland within a short distance from the west coast of Ayrshire on the Firth of Clyde. The boutique hotel's grounds have a walled garden and glasshouse, loch, large ornamental trees, deep wooded valleys, terraces and even an area (to be renovated) that was designed by the legendary Gertrude Jekyll. It's setting amongst gentle rolling hills, allows for panoramic views of the sea, the inner Clyde islands, Ailsa Craig, Arran, the Mull of Kintyre and Northern Island.
